KWAAI - Worldwide cover

We’re extremely proud to present the biggest exchange so far between Swedish and South African Hiphop: KWAAI – Worldwide!

In december 2012, eight of Sweden’s most interesting rappers, singers and producers went to South Africa to hook up with some of the greatest MCs in Capetown and Johannesburg. They came back with the album “Worldwide”, a documentary to be aired this autumn and a once in a lifetime-experience.

KWAAI is the biggest exchange so far between Swedish and South African hiphop, featuring artists like Syster Sol, Driemanskap, Adam Tensta, Kanyi, Chords, Jack Parow, Cleo, JR, Kristin Amparo, Black Dillinger, Mofeta & Jerre, Zeus, Dirty Jens, Ranto Bokgo, Mic Substance, King & Queen and many more…

Lots of love to EVERYONE involved in making this project happen! Be on the lookout for tourdates in Sweden, august 2013!

Remixen ”Madgal” släppt!

I måndags släppte Kwaai nya remixen ”Madgal”!

Roxy är feministiska konstnär och performanceartist och gjorde The Knifes senaste video ”A Tooth for An Eye” med Kakan Hermansson.

This is one of the first songs we recorded in Cape Town/Gugulethu togehter with Driemanskap and Kanyi.
We had a awesome day out in Mo fire studios and the video really shows the love and fun we had together that day. Blast it, enjoy it and let it spred with the wind. Blessings!
